I’ve been a client of Scovier Care’s for around 2 years now. 95% of the time has been satisfactory. I’ve had a couple incompatibilities with some workers that come to my house, but when I bring this up to any of the managers they’ve always been punctual and eager in managing it. Ive always felt safe. There was only one day in the whole of 2 years where I didn’t feel me or my belongings were respected, and I sent that person home, contacted the manager and it was dealt with swiftly, and I’ve never seen that person again. Most of the workers who have come to my house were keen to learn my medical equipment, and have completed duties to a satisfactory level.

Scovier currently caring for our family member they show compassion and understanding of his needs. I’m usually kept up to date of any issues and they contact us direct regarding staff problems or changed times due to staff unable to arrive on time. Scovier have arranged outings and attended his medical appointments with a trained RN.

Thank you Scoviercare for setting exceptionally high standards in care . The more I see the more I love what you do . I will never forget the day you had personally got something from Sydney to Coffs Harbour overnight because as you put it ‘she needs is and we are the only ones who have stock . We are five hours away but that didn’t matter . Nothing is a problem , as long as the clients are well and happy . I love the integrity and I love the professionalism . I had the absolute pleasure of having Aimee as our support coordinator. Not only did she take on my daughter at no cost to us until we had funding for a support coordinator, she put so much of her time and effort into getting to know us and getting us the right plan!

Eileen and Amy have been very helpful with organizing social charisms to help take me to my appointments help me get food essential items and keeping on top of my daily routine’s they are always on time and let me know whenever there’s a change.

I have been support by several companies which unfortunately did not work out. I had a meet with scovier care in November 2022 I decided to move in with scovier care through out the settling in transition scovier care meet my needs.I found scovier care to go beyond myself caterer for my needs. I have found scovier have a 24 hours on call which has help me a lot. Scovier is family oriented company and keep my family updates. I had serval support coordinator which I found Amiee has the best for me and go beyond my needs nothing is a problem for her if my needs changed and always my needed and wants. Ben all so been supportive in my need and my well-being always answered the phone as I need a chat again nothing is a problem. Scovier care always has been beyond making shore support workers with me 24/7. I am very happy that scovier care has put my needs first and feel happy and safe.

I highly recommend Scovier Care for anybody looking for NDIS home care. Since getting home from rehab, the team at Scovier Care has ensured a high level of care and professionalism when providing services. I have made great improvements in my quality of life which can be attributed to Scovier Care. Benjamin and his team have great communication and always meet my needs when possible. My carer Matt has been amazing with the quality of care he provides, going above and beyond. He understands my condition completely and provides a level of personal and professional care which has helped my recovery immensely.

As a physiotherapist Aimee and Scovier Care has been a pleasure to work with. Allied health care for participants were tailored to meet their needs. Quick responses over the phone and email. The support workers were lovely, accommodating and well liked by the participant.

My wife was recently discharged from St Vincents Private Hospital for Remedial care following emergency Surgery and post operative care first in St Vincents General and then St Vincents Private Hospital. The Hospital at this time was subject to “COVID lockdown” and no family were admitted and contact extremely difficult.

Surgery was successful but the stresses on her as an elderly patient were extreme and warranted Home care which was provided by her own Physician and Benjamin of Scovier Care with very short notice.

Benjamin’s personal and professional care through “Scovier Care” was excellent and have helped the rapid recovery of an elderly patient.

I remain very thankful for his involvement and recommend both He and Scovier Care to all with similar needs.
