Benjamin Scott - Director

Ben is directly responsible for the day to day running of Scovier Care. He is responsible for the overall quality of care provided to service users and oversees the operational aspects of the business including providing a high standard of senior management leadership for staff, clinical expertise, financial management, human resource management and leading innovative care practices. Ben is a Registered Nurse and has extensive Aged Care experience, previously working as a Director of Nursing and prior to that worked as a Clinical Governance Manager in General Practice.

Charl Viviers - Non-Executive Director & Quality & Risk Advisor

Charl is a Quality and Risk Advisor to Scovier Care. He has been working in Process Improvement, Governance and Assurance for over 20 years and brings a wealth of knowledge to our team. As co-founder of the business, Charl is also a non-executive director of Scovier Care.

Aimee Proudley - Relationship Manager

Aimee is responsible for overseeing our Support Coordination services & client relations. She is the first point of contact for all clients and their representatives, ensuring services are tailored for the individual. Aimee ensures that goals are not just met; they’re exceeded! Aimee has a wealth of knowledge from her experience working as a Support Worker and Care Supervisor.

Eileen Stelzer - Culture & Compliance Manager

Eileen takes the time to genuinely understand the challenges our clients and team members face, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and turning challenging situations into opportunities for growth and learning.
Eileen is responsible for Human Resources, Client Satisfaction, and compliance with all regulatory bodies.

Jenny Scott - Clinical Advisory & Nurse Consultant

Jenny is a Clinical Advisor to Scovier Care. With over 35 years of experience as a Registered Nurse, she has a background as a Nurse Specialist working with Intellectual Disabilities and has more recently moved to the area of Health Management with a passion for Continence Care. With this wealth of knowledge and experience, Jenny is well suited to providing our service users with friendly advice to help them maintain their independence. Jenny has previously worked as a Residential Services Manager, Clinical Nurse Educator and Project Officer with the Ageing, Disability and Home Care division of the NSW Department of Family and Community Services.

Peter Scott - Accounts Clerk

Peter is our meticulous Accounts Clerk ensuring billing and invoicing is streamlined and hassle-free. With a strong focus on detail and excellent organisational skills, Peter plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our invoicing practices.

Peter is available to assist with any queries related to billing or invoicing.
