Ben provides strategic leadership and clinical oversight across Scovier Care, ensuring the organisation continues to deliver safe, high quality, and person centred services. He oversees service quality, governance, operational performance, financial management, workforce development, and the implementation of innovative care practices that support positive outcomes for clients.
Ben is a Registered Nurse who brings extensive experience across disability, community, primary health, and aged care services. Prior to establishing Scovier Care alongside Charl in 2021, he held senior leadership positions including Director of Nursing and Clinical Governance Manager, developing strong expertise in clinical governance, quality systems, risk management, and service improvement.

Charl is a Quality and Risk Advisor to Scovier Care and a Non-Executive Director of the organisation. With more than 20 years of experience in process improvement, governance, risk, and assurance, he brings a wealth of knowledge and strategic insight to the leadership team.
Charl plays an important role in supporting organisational governance, quality improvement, and risk management initiatives, helping to ensure Scovier Care continues to deliver safe, effective, and high quality services. His extensive experience and commitment to continuous improvement support the organisation’s ongoing growth and success.

Aimee oversees the delivery of services across Scovier Care, working closely with clients, families, employees, and external stakeholders to ensure positive outcomes and exceptional service standards. She plays a key role in supporting service quality, workforce leadership, client experience, and the continued growth of the organisation.
With experience spanning frontline support, rostering and workforce coordination, Support Coordination, Relationship Management, and operational leadership roles, Aimee brings extensive practical knowledge of the disability sector and a strong commitment to person centred care. Her approachable and supportive leadership style, combined with a firm commitment to accountability and high standards, attention to detail, and dedication to achieving meaningful outcomes make her a valued member of the Scovier Care leadership team.

Kayla oversees our client relations and Support Coordination services and is the primary point of contact for new referrals, admissions, and service enquiries. She works closely with hospitals, health professionals, clients, families, representatives, and service providers to ensure a smooth transition into services and that supports are tailored to each individual’s needs and goals.
With extensive experience in Support Coordination and client advocacy, Kayla is passionate about helping people access the right supports at the right time. Her approachable nature, attention to detail, and commitment to achieving positive outcomes make her a trusted point of contact for clients, families, and referral partners alike.

Saru is a Registered Nurse with extensive experience across aged care, disability support, and community nursing. Having progressed through multiple clinical roles within Scovier Care, she brings a deep understanding of our organisation, our clients, and the high standards of care we strive to deliver.
As Clinical Services Manager, Saru oversees the delivery of safe, high-quality clinical services across all settings. She leads our clinical team, supporting care planning, clinical governance, incident management, audits, and risk assessment to ensure best practice is embedded throughout the organisation.
Saru works closely with clients, families, support teams, and external stakeholders to ensure services remain person-centred, responsive, and clinically sound. Passionate about mentoring staff and driving continuous improvement, she is committed to fostering a culture of excellence, compassion, and quality care across Scovier Care.

Ruth brings energy, creativity, and compassion to her role as Scovier Care’s Lifestyle and Wellness Coordinator.
With a deep understanding of the importance of meaningful engagement, Ruth works closely with each client to design personalised programs that support physical, emotional, and social wellbeing. Whether it’s coordinating community outings, wellness activities, or in-home companionship, Ruth’s focus is on enhancing quality of life through connection, purpose, and joy.
Her warm and inclusive approach makes her a much-loved member of the Scovier Care team.

Jenny is a Clinical Advisor to Scovier Care. With over 35 years of experience as a Registered Nurse, she has a background as a Nurse Specialist working with Intellectual Disabilities and has more recently moved to the area of Health Management with a passion for Continence Care. With this wealth of knowledge and experience, Jenny is well suited to providing our service users with friendly advice to help them maintain their independence. Jenny has previously worked as a Residential Services Manager, Clinical Nurse Educator and Project Officer with the Ageing, Disability and Home Care division of the NSW Department of Family and Community Services.

Peter is our meticulous Accounts Clerk ensuring billing and invoicing is streamlined and hassle-free. With a strong focus on detail and excellent organisational skills, Peter plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our invoicing practices.
